Full-time, salaried position. Benefits and pay commensurate with experience and education. Reports to Lead Pastor.
The position will provide pastoral and creative leadership for the worship life of the congregation and partner with other pastoral staff to oversee key areas of discipleship and connection. This role blends musical skill, artistic direction, spiritual formation and relational ministry to help foster spaces and experiences where people encounter God, grow in faith and live out the mission of the church in community with one another.
